Washington Square Park Afternoon

Washington Square Park seems to offer a little bit of something for everyone. Toddlers can find places to play on the grass and in playgrounds.  Skateboarders make their own scene and if you love flowers, springtime in Washington Square Park feels perfect. Artists, vendors and characters find this a comfortable place to hang out.  And in one corner of the park, chess fans can find a quick game and novices quick instruction. Lizbeth Fuentes Ascencio explored that section of the park.
